Ordering

For bespoke celebration cake orders, a minimum notice of at least 2 months is kindly requested.

It's advisable to provide as much notice as possible, especially during peak seasons like the Summer months and Christmas, to secure the desired date. However, accommodation of last-minute orders depends on workload and requirements.

Please note that orders are not accepted more than 12 months in advance.

Once the details of the cake are confirmed, an invoice will be sent via email for online payment (credit/debit card), including the order details.

To secure the order, a 25% deposit is required within 7 days, which is non-refundable. Payment of the deposit confirms agreement to the terms & conditions and ensures correctness of order details. The remaining balance is due one week before collection.

Orders placed within 4 weeks of the required date will require full payment upon booking.
Collection/Delivery

Bespoke Celebration Cake orders can be collected from the location at 6 Silver Close, Dukinfield, SK16 4XD, Wednesday to Thursday, at a pre-arranged time between 10:00 and 16:00, and Fridays between 11.30-17.00.

For delivery, please indicate when enquiring, and availability will be checked. Delivery of celebration cakes is charged at £1.50 per mile and is limited.
